Technical animator


Technical Character Artist



Job description:

  • Writing tools for pipeline optimization and automatization
  • Solving technically challenging art tasks such as cloth and physics simulation
  • Participate on establishing memory and performance budgets
  • Oversee and implement optimization of assets, memory and frame rate
  • Collaborate with content creators to maximize available technology


  • Advanced Rigging experience in Maya
  • Extensive knowledge of Python and Maya API
  • Knowledge of asset creation pipeline and its technical limitations for games
  • Experience with repository systems such as Perforce
  • Basic knowledge of modeling, texturing, and shading for games
  • At least 2 years game development experience


  • Basic knowledge of C++
  • Technical understanding of Motion builder
  • Shader programming experience
  • Shipped-game experience highly desirable
